Kamloops Manlift Ticket - The Elevated Platforms and Manlifts Certification course helps to provide the needed training on the safe operating procedures, work practice, regulations and rules regarding the everyday activities for the operators of this machine. The course has been designed for individuals who are actively involved in these activities or those who have a basic understanding of this machinery.

manlifts and aerial platforms have become common and integral machinery in industrial settings in the past few decades. These equipment provide an easy way to lift workers near what must be done on a stable platform apparatus, enabling staff to perform tasks with greater safety and comfort rather than being perched on top of scaffolding or ladders.

Like every other device, manlifts are only safe when they are utilized correctly. Since they lift employees above ground level or floor, accidents can happen easily and this can result in serious death or injuries for both the operators of the manlift and whoever passerby who may be unlucky enough to be standing below.

Manlifts come in a variety of types. Most fit into 1 or 2 categories: the scissor lift, which is capable of moving up and down and the articulating boom lift, which can move both vertically and horizontally.
